What Are Small Groups?
Resurrection Small Groups meet in homes during the week. They exist to cultivate growing friendships through Fellowship, Engaging Scripture, and Prayer. Weekly meetings will begin with a time of connection and food around the table. Groups will engage discussion questions based on the text from the previous Sunday's Sermon. There will also be dedicated time for sharing personal requests and praying for one another.
Who are Small Groups for?
Small Groups are for any and all who are looking for deeper community. There is no standard to meet in terms of your spiritual or church experience. We simply ask that you come prepared to be yourself and to grow in friendship. Even if you are not yet “regularly” involved at Resurrection, we’d love to welcome you to a Small Group!
When and Where do Small Groups meet?
See the map below which shows when and where our groups meet. For this Semester, we’ll have a group just South of the River off of Huguenot Rd near the Stratford Hills neighborhood, 2 Groups in the Salisbury area (in between Robius Rd and Midlothian Turnpike on the west side of Chesterfield Co), and one in the Woodlake/Brandermill area. Groups meet on weeknights, so just find the group that’s near you that meets on a night you are available.
